yLate Watcher

It’s an invisible software that is running in the background on each computer’s PC and monitors each task that they are doing. It will record automatically window’s title, search bar, keystrokes and screenshots. The goal is to be able to monitor what is being typed on any of your company’s computers for security and performance reasons. The user’s engagement can be calculated based on how many keys and clicks they have performed. Taking this engagement metric into account is up to the management.

Is it invisible?

No. It’s not visible unless you want us to leave it visible. We advise to keep . Unless you want a user to know, ActivTrak is completely invisible. It does not appear in the Add/Remove programs list and is not recognizable by the Task Manager. However, if you download and install the Agent on the user’s device, the browser history will keep that activity.
If you do not want users to know you have installed the ActivTrak Agent, we suggest copying the Agent onto a USB memory stick and install from that, or install from a local network location.
