yLate is a project planning and time tracking tool that provides employee’s behavior analytics for organizations of all sizes. yLate has a very simple, intuitive interface providing you with the tools to easily set alarms for user activity, customize user’s expectation for each task, monitor achievements, and track multiple projects in realtime from one single interface. In addition the system will capture and store title bars, URLs, record keystrokes and take several screenshots. You may also choose to setup notifications of flagged activities, block unproductive websites, shut down applications or redirect behavior via pop-up message.
Utilizing the detailed reporting, you will be able to see who is doing what and for how long during whatever range that you specify. Employees, project managers and executive managers will be each able to see the reports according to their access rights and privileges.
